About This Item
- Famously Warm, Luxuriously Soft: Known for its thermal properties, our knitting yarn keeps you warm when the temperature drops, yet it remains lightweight and breathable! And since it’s gentle on delicate skin, it’s ideal for baby garments like hats and booties.
- 100% Highland Wool: Sourced directly from a manufacturer in Peru, our yarn is custom-made for Alpaca Warehouse! As a result, we’re able to offer a premium wool that’s beautifully unique, surprisingly strong, all-natural and even hypoallergenic.
- Yarn Specifications: Our craft yarn is perfect for a wide range of DIY projects! Weight: DK, Yardage: 150 yards (137 meters) per skein, Skein Weight: 50 grs (1.76 ounces), and Gauge: 19-21 Stitches = 4" (10 cm). US needle size 7-8 (4.5-5mm) is recommended.
- Carefully produced and ready to use: All of our yarn is produced in Peru by skilled manufacturers to ensure you get a high quality and affordable product direct from the source. Garments produced with our wool yarn need to be hand washed with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid wringing and twisting, and gently press to remove water. Do not hang to prevent stretching and instead lay flat to dry.
- Bring Your Ideas to Life: Whether you’re planning a stunning scarf or a cozy sweater, our wool yarn helps you create gorgeous pieces your loved ones will cherish! With our Highland Wool yarn, the only limit is your imagination.
